User Research
Understanding the current scenario
Engaged in frequent communication with the project manager to gain insights into the business domain and project requirements.
Performing secondary research
Conducted secondary research to supplement primary research and inform the
research plan.
Preparing for the workshops
Collaborated with Bayer’s Onsite Project Manager to customise interview questionnaires for each persona.
Conducting user research workshops
Conducted semi-structured interviews and focus group interviews with participants.
Problem Analysis
The data presentation is challenging to understand due to dense text content.
Lack of quick support to help customers with solutions where they are stucked.
Customers do not receive updates on stock transit, making the tracking information insufficient.
Users don't get assistance for forgotten passwords; they must reset their passwords from scratch.
Customers get confused between Stocktake report & sales report
